Product Description
The Accumulator seal and the Quad-Ring Seal together assume the dynamic sealing function whilst the O-Ring performs the static sealing function. The Accumulator seal is supplied as standard with radial notches on both sides. These ensure direct pressurizing of the seal under all operating conditions. The use of two O-Rings as energizing elements to optimize the pressure profile and to reduce the force of attack at gas permeability.
Seal Materials: BR40, BR40M5, BR55M5, GL5M5, GL15M5.
Temperature Range: -50C + 200C
Pressure: up to 800 bar (80Mpa)
O Ring material: Nitrile Rubber, Viton
Quad Ring Material: Nitrile Rubber, Viton Rubber.
Size Range:
cylinder bore & Rod diameter - 5mm to 700mm.
